FIVE STAR QUALITY and FIVE STAR CUSTOMER SERVICE, professionally packaged (which is always appreciated), and the package arrived on promised date. Super easy to clean. As with all my cast iron pots - I immediately hand-wash with DAWN soap, cloth dry and I will occasionally apply a drop of vegetable oil (spread with paper towel).I never leave any of my cast iron products to air-dry or put them in the dishwasher. thank you for offering such a fine product and fine customer service.

the Cast iron itself is five stars, the only reason I am giving four, is because the wood base is a bit small and hard to handle without burning; I will suggest increasing 1/4 of an inch and that would make it a lot better. If you don't mind that part, this is a great way to keep your fajitas warm while you eat them.
