As we moved into the final rounds of testing, the Traeger Honey & Brown Sugar Glaze offered a striking contrast between sweet richness and caramelized depth. On one side, our custom glaze brought a delicate honey aroma that coated every bite, while the brown sugar version delivered a molasses-forward finish that clung stubbornly to the meat. Grilling chicken thighs, we noticed the honey glaze created a tender, glossy crust, while the brown sugar version prioritized bold flavor but sometimes led to slightly drier results.
